What time is check-in and check-out?

Each structure has its times, we invite you to click inside to discover all the updated times.
In general, the times are:

Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out: by 10:30

If you have special needs, contact us in advance: we will do everything possible to meet your needs.

Is it possible to delete the booking for free?

Yes, it is possible to delete free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
Beyond this term, it will be charged the entire amount of the stay as a penalty.
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible in case of changes or cancellations.

How many people can stay in the room?

Our rooms can accommodate Up to 3 people, ideal for couples, friends or small families.
In some accommodations it is possible to add a more bed on request, compatibly with the type of room.
The service is subject to availability and provides for a extra supplement, indicated at the time of booking.

Are animals allowed?

Unfortunately Animals are not allowed within the structure, to ensure maximum comfort and respect for all guests.
